A tightly knit Greek community is hard at work to provide fresh quality
inexpensive food, warm hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere reminiscent
of the islands with its white washed interior, deep blue trim and Greek
artwork. Appetizers range from dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) to buffalo
wings. A homemade soup of the day is also available in a cup or a bowl.
Savory salads will tempt any palate. The Greek Salad is a true treat for
the taste buds. Composed of fresh greens, tomatoes, kalamata olives, pepperoncini,
green peppers, feta cheese and onion, it is topped with a succulent home
made dressing and pita bread.
Whether it's a Greek sandwich or a Reuben, something on the menu is
bound to please every palate. There are over two dozen subs to choose from.
The food is so popular that some people even drive quite a distance to get
it. Greek platters including chicken souvlaki, a marinated chicken breast
served with pita, tzatiki sauce, French fries and a Greek salad are also
available. Greek dinners such as shish kabob consisting of marinated filet
mignon with green peppers, tomatoes, and onions are served ready to please.
There is also an extensive Italian menu including pasta alfredo with creamy
white sauce served over pasta, beef cannelloni and chicken parmigiana with
home made marinara sauce, to name a few. New York style pizza is also available.
Toast your meal with an American or Athenian Greek Beer. California
or Greek wines are also available including Boutari Lac des Roches
White, smooth, dry and light with fruity aromas. Make sure to save
room for luscious desserts including home made baklava and rice pudding.
Breakfast is also available on the weekends. From the traditional
staples of eggs, pancakes and French toast to seven types of omelets
including a spinach and feta, there is a feast to choose from.
